Leon Duncan

A seasoned sports executive with a unique skill set based on 15+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, hospitality, brand strategy, and activation. During his first tour with the Washington Football Team (2002 – 2007) he helped to establish the team’s broadcast network and created media packages designed to drive sponsorship deals. During his tenure with Under Armour, Duncan played a critical role at the height of the company’s growth overseeing brand strategy and activation for 4 key categories (Football, Baseball, Collegiate and Golf). While at Under Armour, Duncan was responsible for planning and execution of UA All America Football and Baseball games, Super Bowl Activations, NFL Combine and signature footwear launches for Jordan Spieth and Cam Newton.
